About Barb Cooper
I share my love of Cincinnati through local food and cultural experiences. I taught public school, raised a family, and managed our family construction business. But it wasn't until my husband and I opened Daisy Mae's Market at Findlay Market in 2009 that I discovered my true passion. I quickly realized that our fresh produce and specialty shop was just the starting point for connecting with the Greater Cincinnati community. Eager to introduce more visitors to the market and spread my enthusiasm for the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, I founded a company of my own, Cincinnati Food Tours, and kicked off my first tours in 2012.
