About Barb Eason

I am a social and human services professional with experience in international development, social impact program design and community services. I am experienced in the specialised areas of gender-based violence, child abuse response and prevention, and use a trauma-informed, strengths-based practice style to promote agency and self-determination. I have extensive experience in engaging diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder groups through a person-centred approach. I enjoy the challenge of balancing stakeholder expectations, quantitative values and qualitative outcomes. I have a particular interest in monitoring and evaluation and the application of learnings to strengthen program design and implementation. Former resident of Phnom Penh.
