Our process We start with a discovery session to clarify your concerns and your goals. We formally assess your ways of being, strengths or emotional intelligence drawing from a range of tools including the *Being Profile to identify your ‘super powers’ and your areas for growth. We implement an initial 3-month Coaching Program using the information gathered from the discovery session & formal assessment to facilitate your rapid development.* The Being Profile is a unique ontological assessment tool backed by years of research and development. It reliably measures 29 qualities that 300 of our world’s most successful entrepreneurs have in common and we consider essential for success.
