I am a successful senior business leader with broad experience in the equipment finance industry, including credit and risk management, pricing and deal structuring, sales operations, syndications, collections and workouts. My experience with equipment financing spans across numerous industries including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and technology and in all aspects of the transaction from pricing, credit, and documentation to equipment disposition. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where I can wear multiple hats and have a variety of responsibilities. I am especially interested in roles that allow me to work collaboratively to solve problems, eliminate redundancies and create efficiencies, particularly those that drive business volume and/or improve the customer experience. My colleagues would describe me as a fair, level-headed decision maker, who leads by example and strives to create a collaborative environment that values and supports transparency and different viewpoints.
