About Barb Popp
Barb graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 1992. She has worked in Paediatrics, Work Rehabilitation and developed her passion for hand therapy whilst working at the Mackay Base Hospital over 20 years ago. Since Barb has been working in Private Practice. She is a full Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and her purpose is to inspire colleagues and patients in the treatment and management of hand injuries. Barb is the founder of Popp Hand Therapy which recently changed its name to Upper Limbs & Things with a team of 9. The clinic provides expert assessment diagnosis and treatment of treatment for all problems relating to the hand, wrist and elbow as well as Lymphoedema, Vascular, Scars and Swelling.
