About Barb Spurrier

I transitioned in 2016 to a role as Managing Director of the new Well Living Lab and Senior Vice President at Delos. In my capacity as Director of the Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation, I helped to build a relationship with Delos, a company working at the intersection between human health and the built environment. The key expression of the Delos and Mayo Clinic collaboration is the new Well Living Lab a simulated home and office environment that opened in the MN BioBusiness Center, adjacent to the Mayo Clinic campus, in May 2016. The mission of the Well Living Lab is to transform human health in the indoor environment. I have so enjoyed the first phase of my career in health care and innovation (VA, HealthPartners and Mayo Clinic) and excited to channel my energy and passion to help Delos and the world build an ecosystem centered on human health, well-being and innovation.
