About Barbara Albert

You've got an idea. A project. A strategy but not an implementation plan. I am the passionate person who can bring your good idea to fruition! With an MBA in my pocket, I have built a career from positions that didn't exist until I got there. Someone had an idea, called me, and I ran with it. I led the team that pioneered the bank's business development program and sold the service that drove profits to the bottom line. I spearheaded the educational program and shaped the team that taught hundreds of children with project-based learning. Together we grew the competitiveness of the newly formed charter school. Ignited by a passion for hands-on learning, I piloted the inaugural conference to spur the collaboration of art and technology teachers in North America. I advocated for a coalition of faith communities to collaborate and galvanized their fundraising efforts to build a family home with Habitat for Humanity. I invested in a start-up company and guided the team to become a market leader in catering corporate events of up to 1,800 people. I am a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. I am convinced that education (of students and lifelong learners) is the pathway to solving the world's greatest problems. I have gained buy-in for my projects with informal, non-formal, and formal education. As a fearless public speaker, I share my projects with small and large groups whenever I can to grow the market. I excel in educational program development and curriculum design. I feel most alive when setting and executing strategy and implementation plans, curriculum plans, researching feasibility and growth plans, developing strategic marketing plans, and optimizing minute-by-minute event plans.
