Throughout her career, Barbara has held various key leadership positions as a Service Line Leader, Team Leader, Project Manager, Consultant, and Business Systems Implementer. Her experience and expertise have been pivotal to the successful implementation of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft NAV, Deltek Maconomy and WorkBook in organizations of all sizes; from start-ups companies with 2 users, to Fortune 500 companies with over 1400 users. Prior to joining 360 Visibility, Barbara was a Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Deloitte where she was involved in all aspects of the project life cycle; from requirements analysis and implementation, to project management and support. As a highly valued team member, Barbara built a solid reputation for ensuring her clients always gain the maximum benefits from their technological investment. As the Vice President of Client Solutions at 360 Visibility, Barbara works with our clients in various industries, implementing Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 and integration tools such as Scribe. When working with clients, Barbara leverages her 20 years experience in the industry and her comprehensive mix of; financial, project management and systems implementation skills, to ensure projects are always delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest possible quality.
