The loneliness of the individual in everyday life, the loneliness of the employee within the team, or the loneliness of the manager are less stigmatizing topics today, but the way to deal with them is still quite superficial and uncertain. Loneliness is scientifically studied today, in order to better understand it and combat it. Also, what form of loneliness is this? And depending on who, how to approach it and stop it? Professional coach certified by ICF, my credo is Connectivity Coaching to Combat Loneliness to create meaningful relationships, personally and professionally. Besides being a coach, I am the cross cultural advisor at Caltech and have been doing it for more than 15 years, assisting international scholars and their families in their move to California. It's also a moment when I help them to be aware of the slight frontier between homesickness and loneliness.
