I am an Assistant Professor of Genetics at The Keck Graduate Institute. I am expert in genetic engineering tools with a passion for creating and delivering the next generation of therapies for neurological disorders. I received my PhD from UC Davis, in Genetics, with a double emphasis in Biotechnology and Translational Research. Prior to obtaining my PhD I worked in the biotechnology industry as a Cell Biologist at a GMP facility during Phase I Human Clinical Trials.
