I am a Retail Underwriting Support in the Household department at Allianz Ireland, where I apply my product advisory and customer service skills to provide quality and timely solutions to our clients. I have been working in this role since Feb 2024, and I am responsible for assessing and processing household insurance applications, communicating with brokers and customers, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations. Before joining Allianz Ireland, I gained two years of experience in the banking industry at AIB, where I worked as a Personal Lending Advisor and a Business Banking Specialist. I developed strong communication, team motivation, and multitasking skills, as well as an adaptability to new systems and procedures. I received recognition for my performance and customer satisfaction. I am also APA qualified in loans, qualification received from IOB. Currently in process of obtaining my APA qualification in insurance as well.
