About Barbara Batagely

Over the course of my years providing administrative support, I have achieved diverse and comprehensive experience working with senior level executives in a variety of industries. Through the years, I have sharpened my communication and organizational skills, thus enabling me to excel from lower level secretarial/administrative positions to those of Executive Assistant to senior executives at such prestigious companies as Goldman Sachs, Highbridge Capital Management, The Bountiful Company and currently Nestle Health Science. In my current role as EA to the Vice President of Product Development, I also support the Regulatory & Medical Affairs, Project & Portfolio Management, Sustainability and Nutrition Science & Personalization teams. I am responsible for the organization, coordination and support of daily operational and administrative functions across all teams within these R&D sectors including the handling of highly confidential correspondence, arranging intricate meeting and conference schedules, and organizing extensive and often complex domestic and international travel. Among other vital administrative duties, I am also responsible for Human Resource administration including onboarding incoming associates, event coordination and preparation of presentations to senior management. I have also been involved in overseeing projects with industry trade organizations such as The Council for Responsible Nutrition and The Natural Products Association, as well as ensuring compliance with federal regulatory agencies such as FDA and FTC.
