What I Do I help Sales Leaders by providing data-driven insights and analytics on the sales performance, pipeline, and forecast; developing and managing the sales productivity tools budget, sales compensation, and incentives; creating and maintaining the sales tools, systems, and platforms that facilitate the sales workflow; streamlining and automating the sales operations and administration tasks; coordinating with other functions such as marketing, finance, and product; as well as identifying any gaps, bottlenecks, or issues in the sales operations and performance. Why It Matters You can have all the tools and systems in the world, but if you haven’t clearly defined the key metrics to measure and ensure the data is being tracked accurately/completely, your organization will not achieve its fullest potential. In addition, change management and user adoption are essential to the success of providing these insights to Senior Management. Who I Work With I have a track record of successfully collaborating with, guiding and influencing C-Level Management, Sales Leaders, Field Sales, Inside Sales and Channel Partners ranging from startup organizations to multi –million-dollar companies to implement and adopt Best Practices for effective organic growth.
