About Barbara Biasi

I´m passionate about exploring the outdoors and understanding how each piece of the environment interact with each other to come up with creative solutions so that projects can be implemented with low environmental impact. That was the path I followed after graduating. For four years I have performed studies on Environmental Geology. I planned, executed, and supervised field work investigations for groundwater, mass movement hazards, and phase I and II site assessments as a self-employed geologist. I learned a lot about time and team management during this time. It was very challenging and now I apply what I have learned not only in my professional, but also my personal life. I am very excited to getting into the more hands on job, going back to basics and out on the field, collecting data and samples and logging core. Specialty: Geological mapping, Site Assessment Phase I and II, Core logging.Technical/technological skills: ArcGIS, QGIS, MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
