About Barbara Billinger

Psychology as a guiding light: first in my function as a profiler in the aviation industry, later as an influencing factor in me gaining know-how on advertising and marketing, and finally deliberately chosen in my extra-occupational studies of business administration and business psychology. At the same time, I was a student, lecturer, and study program developer at two different universities - three perspectives that complement each other to an optimum, and create a sustainable value for a deeper understanding of the needs and opportunities of different stakeholders. The different objectives of internal and external stakeholders currently inspire my work on participation processes and organizational change. In the supervision of master's theses I focus on positive psychology, personal strengths and the challenges and opportunities of New Work.
