About Barbara Borkhoche
With 12+ years of experience in guest experience, project management, and operational efficiency, I thrive on creating seamless experiences and driving organizational performance. Currently, I lead Client Success at Cheez Hospitality, across Lebanon, Greece & Cyprus. Previously, I oversaw Openings & Guest Experience at Earth Hotels, shaping brand standards and ensuring impactful, memorable stays. Further to that, I oversaw 120+ properties across Africa & the Indian Ocean as Guest Experience Lead at Accor, navigating acquisitions, change, and large-scale operations. I’m passionate about people, hospitality, and community impact, blending strategy with a human touch. Multilingual and globally experienced, I excel in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and executing high-impact projects. Beyond work, I’ve been an active humanitarian volunteer since 2006, mobilizing resources for relief efforts across the UAE, Levant, and Africa. Let’s connect to talk guest experience, social impact, and innovative hospitality solutions! Key Skills: Guest Experience | Project Management | Hospitality Operations | Budget & Financial Management | Stakeholder Engagement | Team Leadership | Community Impact
