After more than 15 years of marketing experience with international Sporting Goods brands, I welcome the challenge to merge brand management based on consumer insights with a powerful marketing message. The last 10 years the consumer journey has evolved from an offline exercise to an combined online/offline experience. all leads and touch points with the consumer create a brand identity of a brand of organization. A strong marketing campaign contains a true, honest brand message that is relevant to the consumer. I've managed to convey these brand messages to hundreds trade marketing campaigns that resulted into tangible in store and online activations. Resulting into an increase sell through at Point of Sale and increased brand awareness.My strength is to develop a brand strategy for the wholesale channel and to execute this strategy with a team. I achieved large roll-out of Global brand and product campaigns for Nike, ASICS and Odlo. Some examples are the European and World Cup Football campaigns for Nike, introduction of new brand guidelines for ASICS and Numeral Global Odlo product campaigns.I've worked with global accounts, developed and executed yearly marketing campaigns on/offline. I have the ability to get results by combining pro-active project management with clear communication across different cultures, creating one team.
