Currently, as Head of Learning for Tessenderlo Group (7,500 employees worldwide), I oversee the development and growth of teams across a broad range of industries, further expanding my domain beyond pharma. Prior to this, I honed my expertise at major organizations like UCB and GSK, leading impactful development initiatives. What sets me apart is my ability to combine a strategic "helicopter view" with a deep dive into project management. I’ve successfully led diverse teams—from blue-collar workers to executives—through complex challenges, including crisis leadership.
