About Barbara Cantu

I am a recent Data Analytics graduate and an Order to Cash Operations Specialist at WP Engine. After graduating from the The University of Texas at Austin, I was delighted to be presented with the opportunity to work for Fetch Package and SXSW. Throughout the course of my career, I have become highly experienced with customer service across several groups: students, families, and international tourists. I have played a key role in companies by becoming an administrator in Zendesk, learning how to manage accounts, and executing projects. I have also been given the opportunity to train a group of individuals to work efficiently while effectively communicating with customers as well. My graduate studies at Texas State have provided me with broad proficiency in the use of optimization and analytical methods, tools, software packages and techniques. Alongside this, I have developed sound communication skills while delivering presentations to large audiences in my courses.
