I am a senior leader with + 15 years in managing business processes transformation, operational excellence program and lean manufacturing projects. The customer’s value is always my reference point. Thanks to my deep knowledge of the main processes across all functional areas (sales, marketing, R&D, human resources, finance, information technology,operations) I can be a very good change agent with high motivation to support the company in the transformation. I have spent several years as Senior Consultant leader, to support customer and companies in program and project development and I gained my professional experience at companies operating in different sectors like Life Science, Automotive, Retail, Industrial Goods, Service and Electronics, at national and international levels (Europe) managing multifunctional and multicultural teams. I have a huge toolkit of both soft and technical skills gained during my experience. Analytical skills, decision-making ability, excellent negotiating and communications skills at all levels, are my strengths. People recognize me strong leadership and ability to involve people and create teamwork My approach is always understanding the customer needs, define his value and then identify through the process the main improvement area to achieve the best future state in a continuous improvement way.
