About Barbara Clark

Although I have worked in various fields from banking to government to education to counseling to higher education, I have yet to meet a person who knows everything. I believe all stakeholders within a company hold valuable information regarding improvement. I always strive to seek those people out in order to make the best decisions. Throughout my experience, there is an outstanding thread that weaves itself powerfully throughout my career. That is my ability to communicate, collaborate, and empathize with people. I have outstanding knowledge in management, counseling, legal issues, and education.My most outstanding resource, however, is my keen innate ability to connect with people of all origins. I like to resolve and negotiate conflict, and I like to find the best in all people. I like fast paced environments with multi tasking. I thrive when I am surrounded by people. I welcome volunteering because that is the only way you really become transparent to people. I am people driven, although data supports my interventions. I enjoy being able to communicate with Spanish speakers. I like to think out of the box, and I welcome change. Above all else, I like a challenge. I have a magnetic and powerful personality, and aspire to join a company who may be searching for these qualities in a Manager.
