As the Assistant Director of Operations at Progress Residential, I oversee the performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction of over single-family rental homes across the Orlando Market. I work with a diverse and talented team to deliver exceptional service and value to our residents and investors. I leverage my skills in community marketing, financial analysis, and business analysis to optimize our occupancy, revenue, and expenses, as well as to identify and implement strategic initiatives and best practices. I enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain positive and lasting relationships.
