About Barbara Hale

The most rewarding aspect of my job is connecting with Local Leasing Leasing Managers who are excited about starting their programs or elevating them to the next level. As a mentor I get to share my passion for specialty leasing by assisting canvassing efforts and aide in building successful specialty leasing programs. Having the opportunity to mentor through on-boarding and continue education is a fulfilling passion that comes naturally. For me, it is exciting to see a Local Leasing Manager secure a new tenant who is successful in a shopping center. We play a vital role in helping an entrepreneur achieve their dreams. I am fortunate that I have the opportunity to not only on-board and train new Local Leasing Managers, but get to work with mall teams on POP-UPs, Holiday Markets, and sharing all aspects of our Specialty Leasing program. Outside of work, I’m likely at a High School Basketball game (Go Sparkman!), watching re-runs of Friends, traveling, cheering for Ole Miss Baseball, or supporting my nieces and nephews. I look forward to connecting with you.
