With a background spanning from air traffic control to project management in immigration services, I have cultivated a unique blend of skills that allows me to navigate complex challenges while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. In my current role, I developed the EB-3 Unskilled project which successfully brought in over 300 clients for our partner recruiting agencies the last 2 years. It’s rewarding to see how my efforts directly impact individuals seeking new beginnings. My journey began in Brazil as an air traffic controller where I learned the importance of precision under pressure. This experience taught me how to coordinate effectively across multiple teams while maintaining focus on safety and efficiency. Transitioning into human resources at US Waffle allowed me to further hone my organizational skills by facilitating recruitment processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires—creating an environment where everyone feels valued is something I genuinely enjoy. Alongside my professional journey, I’ve embraced my passion for teaching as a language instructor. Designing personalized lesson plans not only improved students' language skills but also fostered critical thinking—a skill that's invaluable in any career path. My multilingual abilities (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French) enhance my capacity to connect with diverse groups of people. Outside of work commitments, I'm always looking for ways to expand my horizons—whether it's through learning new languages or exploring different cultures.
