About Barbara Henkel

Finally, a travel agent that truly cares and doesn’t view clients as “one-size-fits-all.” Whether you are looking for a far away vacation or just need a few nights in a hotel, I can assist. My extensive network gives me access to competitive pricing, free amenities, and upgrades.I entered the travel industry in 2018 after feeling frustrated that the advisors I typically encountered were not entirely engaged and knew very little about the actual destinations they were selling. I believed my approach had to be different, so I vowed to embrace each travel planning opportunity with the energy, enthusiasm, and sincerity that is at the core of who I am as a person. What sets me apart is that I focus on getting to know my clients which helps me curate a custom-designed travel experience. I rely on over 25 years of international travel experience combined with access to a vast network of industry contacts and affiliations, including membership in the prestigious Virtuoso global travel consortium. While each destination has its own magic, some of my personal favorites include Europe, Hawaii, and the Caribbean. My own passion for travel is what fuels my quest to find the perfect cruise, land package, or tour for my clients. Regardless of your itinerary, I pride myself on attention to every detail so you can rest assured that each aspect of your trip will be planned and executed with the utmost professionalism.
