My primary function is to map processes, identify gaps, present improvements, and monitor the proposed implementation until results have been achieved or surpassed. I started my experience in the insurance market within Risk Engineering, coordinating the inspectors and supporting the commercial and underwriting areas in Industrial, Property, Marine, Aeronautical and Housing Risks. I had the opportunity to develop a Six Sigma Project with a reduction of BRL 350 thousand in the first year, and I went to the Business Strategy area where I worked with the collection of statistical data from the portfolio and the market, monitoring the results of the products, strategic support of projects/demands for improvement and adaptation of legacy systems. I am certified in Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Agile Methodology / Startup by GPS - Global Productivity Solutions. I have training in Insurance Risk Inspection by FUNENSEG, Dashboard by IMPACTA and P.O.(Product Owner - Scrum) by FIAP. My areas of interest are systems, strategy, cost reduction, process optimization and customer focus.
