My career began as a neuroscientist, which paved the way for my transition to L’Oréal, where I spent eight years immersed in product marketing. During this time, I developed expertise in new product development (NPD), innovation roadmaps, and comprehensive communication strategies across renowned brands like La Roche-Posay and Carita, engaging with diverse distribution channels including pharmacies, perfumeries, and beauty institutes, as well as working on both cosmetic products and medical devices. This foundation in product innovation led me to Philips, where I directed the corporate venture in the beauty space for two years before taking on the responsibility of managing the Global No. 1 female hair removal portfolio, focusing on P&L, product strategy, and marketing communications. Overall, I love driving and managing complex projects, building the strategy and long-term launching plan, creating new products, working on brand equity and ensuring business development with new breakthrough concepts.
