About Barbara McNutt

How do you motivate your employees to want to come to work? In today's world of choice, most leaders prefer their people to come into the office to collaborate and to all be aligned. The way the Workplace is designed and communicated to the employees is essential. I have worked on many successful projects since COVID that have achieved just that - bring happy employees back into the office. A majority of my career has been Corporate Real Estate - initially on the design side then recently on the Corporate side. This unique perspective brings an enlightened view that has yielded many success stories. The employee experience starts as they drive into the parking lot and proceeds all the way into the office. It is about providing choices to the employee as to how they want to work that day. I can create your Workplace 'Return to Work' Strategy and Environment that will increase collaboration, employee satisfaction and employee retention. I am available to Lead an existing team or a consultant team.
