I am fully retired from the Medical Technology profession and am pursuing my passion and purpose in life. I have been active in gathering women together to help all of us come into a space of thriving instead of just surviving. For a number of years it was with a global community called BraveHeart Women and now it's with Heart to Heart Sisters. I work with women and men 40-65. They are well educated, have a been on a personal development and spiritual path for a while and have come to the profound realization that something isn’t right or is missing in their life. This could be someone who feels exhausted from trying to keep up the façade that everything is good in their life, yet they feel nothing is. Or someone who longs for a loving partner. This could be someone who wants a job where their pay is commensurate with their education and knowledge, and they are recognized as a great contribution to the organization. They generally don’t speak up because they feel invisible and not heard. The bottom line is something is missing, they aren’t getting what they want and don’t know how to either get it back or replace it on their own. I offer private, confidential sessions and/or workshops. One of the first things I do with any client, after helping them get very clear on what they feel is missing, is get them to a point of greater self-confidence. Then I and give them practical steps so they can get or replace whatever that is. I show both women and men exactly how to have more personal presence and deep confidence in their own worth. So that they can look forward to each day with Joy. I love to share what I am doing and some great practices during my experiential presentations! If the groups are still only meeting online at this time due to Covid restrictions and health concerns I am absolutely willing to do an online presentation as well.
