About Barbara Morrison

Barbara is a highly experienced executive and business performance coach. Barbara blends her Investment Banking background, her extensive executive coaching experience and her Behavioural Science expertise to support her clients embed sustainable change to unlock performance. Barbara spent a decade at Goldman Sachs where she led the Global Equities business. At Goldman her passion for developing people and teams, building performance cultures and motivating and engaging talent began. She combines her business background with over thirteen years executive coaching of individual leaders, executive teams and at board level. She has worked globally across a range of sectors to include investment banking, private equity, retail and commercial banking, asset management, consulting, FMCG and pharma. Her clients include listed enterprises, founder led SMEs and investor backed growth businesses. Barbara works with a portfolio of clients on strategic human capital matters – areas of focus include Leadership Development, Strategic Clarity and Alignment, Exec Team Development, Embedding a Culture that delivers the Strategy and Succession Planning. Barbara holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics, an Honours Degree in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin and a Post Grad in Executive and Business Coaching from the University of Chester. In addition, she is a Professionally Certified Coach and has over a decades’ experience of working with Hogan. Barbara is a NED on the Board of WaterWipes. Barbara has lived and worked in the US, UK, Japan, Australia and Ireland
