I am passionate about creative leadership and I have attended a Creative Problem Solving springboard at Creative Foundation Institute. I am also certified in the FourSight Breakthrough Thinking Profile assessment and in Navigational Conversation methodology. I have obtained the Appreciative Inquiry certification by Turningpoint, and the Barrett Culture Assessment Certificate. I specialized in CPS (Creative Problem Solving) and I strengthened my experience in the creativity and innovation process facilitation and in the facilitation of Transformation, Innovation and Change processes, in managing creative change and in developing team work and leadership- 3 years with Hermes Consulting as Client Manager. I worked as a consultant developing, coordinating and leading training and coaching programmes for international companies- Voluntary worker for ICF Italy: 2011 leading the Italian chapter coaching week; participating in the “Gift of coaching” since its launch, offering complimentary coaching programme to ONG. I'm now taking part in the Global Team.
