Experienced corporate professional with a wide range of skills. Moved rapidly through my financial services career from administrative support to Director where I ran my own department. I have honed my skills in effective leadership, stellar customer service and relationship management all with a mature attitude, gracious outlook and strong work ethic. Possess significant experience in the fields of marketing, operations, client service and business analysis. My passion is service. I enjoy the feeling of helping someone work through a problem or issue, or just making them feel comforted and appreciated. I believe that providing good service is simply doing the right thing, regardless of the issue or circumstance. I base my service standards on the times when I, personally, have been on the receiving end of service that made me feel listened to, resolved an issue and/or exceeded my expectations. Looking ahead, I would like to bring my skills and passion to a company/industry that would not only benefit from them, but would embrace and share them. I am open to industries other than financial services as I feel my skills are widely applicable and change is an important part of growth.
