As a researcher at The University of Queensland, I have experience in studying the physiology of two important aquaculture species: Atlantic salmon and Barramundi. My research aims to understand how their metabolism responds to environmental factors such as high temperatures and low aquatic oxygen levels, and to explore various nutritional interventions that can enhance their health and growth performance under these challenging conditions.In this role, I have collaborated with industry partners and researchers from several institutions.
