About me. Having worked in the industry for nearly 15 years, I now have a deep passion for the shipping world and customer service. I work closely with all organizational divisions (import, export, transport, IT, customs etc.). I have constant contact with clients and external units (shipping lines, airlines, international hauliers, overseas agents, HMRC etc.). I have ample knowledge and understanding of procedures, shipping terms, documentation, and information flow. My previous employment experience allowed me to expand my understanding of the industry in all its areas, from liaising with clients, through procedures involved with moving freight and problem solving. About Quality Freight. We are set up to handle any international or domestic movements. From full to part loads, sea freight, air freight and courier; import and export, or even cross trade. You name we, we do it! We have a vast list of reliable and competitive, domestic and overseas carriers and agents. We are also set up and able to carry out import and export formalities like issuing T1 documents and customs entries.
