About Barbara Oshea

With significant experience in human resources, I am a highly trained, certified professional in compensation, performance management, and total rewards. My mission is to design and implement reward programs that align with the strategic goals and culture at Boeing. My goal is to attract, retain, and motivate talent. In my role at Boeing, I am responsible for developing and executing the compensation philosophy, strategy, and programs for our Engineers, Information Technology, and Data Analytics organizations. I also provide consultation and guidance to senior leaders and HR partners. I love the work I do. I am most passionate about my family and friends, playing tennis, good music, and helping people and communities in need through volunteer work.
