With over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented Regional Director of Sales at Hotel Co 51, a leading hospitality company with a portfolio of diverse and innovative hotels in Italy and accross Europe. I have a proven track record of generating revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, coaching and mentoring a team of exceptional individuals ensuring they deliver awesome sales results for a range of hotel brands including Moxy, Element by Westin Courtyard by Marriott. As a bilingual in English and Italian and proficient in French, I thrive in international and multicultural environments, where I can leverage my communication, negotiation, and adaptation skills. I am currently working on the business development for Hotel Co 51's Italian and Polish hotel portfolio, including Moxy Milan Linate and Moxy Milan Malpensa, Element by Westin Wroclaw, Courtyard Gdynia Waterfront.
