As leader of the team in Germany, I contribute to drive forward the german business unit as part of the international working EF GROUP. My goal is strengthening our market position through strategic thinking and effective management. My business strategy skills and commitment to excellence allows me to bring diverse perspectives and experience to the organization and contributes to the culture and mission of EF Group. Especially the permanent cooperation with the Italian management gives me a consolidated knowledge in the international market and I love to transfer my skills in the global market.
