Accomplished Educator and Trainer with 25 years’ experience in public and corporate education and research. Career accomplishments include curriculum planning, assessment management, instructional design, training, counseling, talent management, research, and serving under-represented and minority populations. Educational proficiency has been achieved at all grade levels from Early Childhood through post-secondary education, as classroom teacher, counselor, administrator, and dean of instruction. To support the spiritual, intellectual, and physical well-being of the individual, family, and community is a high priority. Because of the variety of career roles, knowledge of the educational and organizational systems and its processes is diverse, as is understanding the basic culture and language of Spanish, Arabic, and Jewish families. •Developed degree plans within Professional Learning Communities that linked college and career-based curriculum and courses in Engineering, Business, and the Arts. •Administrator for Counseling Department Center that developed many best practices. •Managed Learning Management System in varied roles that supported all stakeholders in instruction, development, and training needs. •Grant writer for projects with Collegeboard, Texas Education Agency, and National Center for Urban School Transformation. •Opened a large, urban high school with 200 staff members in 2010 using recruitment, talent management, and career development techniques. •Directed Education & Training programs for a multi-state provider of medical supply equipment in the hospice industry with over 200 employees and serving patients. •Directed counseling department of a large, urban, 5A high school with students with career & college readiness goals and standards.
