Employed by DuPont as Analytical Leader for Pharma Solutions. Using regulatory and technical expertise to manage Analytical needs for cellulose derivatives used as pharma excipients. Previously employed by The Dow Chemical Company 1990-2019 in a variety of positions. I have managed people, groups, and global projects, and worked with a wide variety of chemistries. Supervisor for Analytical Chromatography group, interface with clients to understand needs and make assignments, and lead large technical projects. Project leader for new product launch, develop and implement project strategy and lead customer introductions and demonstrations, also provide technical support for several existing products. Supervisor for R&D/TS & D group, Business management team member, manage projects consistent with business strategies, interface with customers, champion new technology development, and manage group budgets. Area Leader for Analytical group, Team Leader for Chromatography group, Analytical support for oxygenated solvents, amines and polyglycols production, develop Analytical methods, solve production problems, interface with production personnel, write operating procedures, coach technicians, monitor budget. Analytical support for Membranes production/R&D and Agricultural R&D, develop Analytical methods, solve production problems, and interface with production and research personnel.
