As a go-to advisor for complex employee relations matters, I specialise in resolving conflicts, navigating sensitive issues, and ensuring fair, compliant, and people-first outcomes. In my current role, I lead employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance concerns. I take pride in leading with empathy and clarity balancing organisational goals with individual wellbeing. As a trained Mental Health First Aider and a strong advocate for DEI, I promote wellness and inclusion at every level of the employee experience. I also oversee operational HR practices - managing onboarding through to offboarding, analysing workforce data, and ensuring consistent policy application. Above all, I believe P&C (HR) should be human. I love working with people, solving challenges, and building cultures where everyone can thrive.
