About Barbara Smith

With 30 years in the imaging space, Barbara has lived through the analog-to-digital conversion in multiple institutions. Having worked in a variety of settings – from a rural hospital with 40 beds, to a major healthcare center with 1500 beds, in private imaging centers, and community outreach programs – her diverse background provides a unique perspective to the ever changing challenges in healthcare. She has worked with clients in the area of workflow optimization, Mammography/MQSA certification, and Information System implementations. Barbara believes creativity and humor are critical to breakthrough thinking. She is an exceptional communicator and leader who values both teamwork and individual achievement.
