I’m an innovative and purpose-driven education leader with over 25 years of experience in curriculum design, professional development, instructional coaching, and adult training. Throughout my career, I’ve designed and led impactful, learner-centered initiatives that strengthen educator capacity, promote equity, and drive meaningful, lasting change especially in underserved communities. I’m passionate about making education a true catalyst for opportunity, particularly for historically marginalized students and families. From facilitating national trainings to teaching graduate-level coursework, I specialize in creating professional learning that is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in real-world application.
