Barbara Vos brings movement to complex change. Drawing on her background in journalism, she listens closely, exposes underlying dynamics and helps translate dialogue into shared perspectives and practical action. She works with governments, companies and cultural organisations on transitions in water, food, circular economy and climate. Starting from existing realities, she helps uncover where movement can begin and uses imagination to create a shared vision of the future that people want to work toward. This combination of practical insight and creative vision enables her to turn complex challenges into clear direction and collective steps forward. With a sharp sense for context and timing, Barbara connects strategic goals with daily practice. She bridges the worlds of policy and implementation, institutions and citizens, creating the conditions for trust, collaboration and measurable progress even where interests or perspectives differ.
