Professional Educator, passionate about Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) who has experience in CTAE as a teacher, building level administrator, central office administrator, and has served various professional organizations in numerous leadership roles. Objectives include:(1) Begin career awareness in elementary school.(2) Assist middle school students in selection of a career pathway.(3) Help high school school students identify their passion and careers that relate to their passion.(4) Guide students in selecting the appropriate training after high school in order to secure a career that reflects their passion.(Not all good jobs require a university degree; therefore a 4-year college/university degree is not necessary for success in all jobs.)(5) Assist students with seamless educational opportunities from elementary school to middle school to high school and post-secordary training including on the job training, technical college, or university.
