About Barbora Kosnarova

My career vision: To empower people and organisations to thrive in today's world. About me: I have spent last 10+ years solving organisational challenges by empowering people to thrive. With a knack for creating and delivering impactful performance, leadership and people development solutions, I have a solid track record of success. Thanks to my wealth of experience across HR and L&D - from people partnering, coaching executives, LMS/LXP implementation, leadership development, facilitation, to delivering on strategic projects end-to-end, I can seamlessly navigate any stakeholder dynamics on the way to a shared goal. Being both a strategic visionary and a pro-active doer, I founded the performance consultancy DOtsMORE which harnesses the power of human-centred design approach to shift mindsets, drive high performance and deliver measurable business outcomes. My passion for seeing people succeed, coupled with curiosity, creativity, and compassion, drives everything I do. When I am not working, you can find me immersed in a yoga practice, volunteering, hiking, getting lost in a book, beating friends at a board game, learning something new or exploring the world.
