About Barclay Anderson

I am a Business Development Manager at Graham Lusty Trailers, where I leverage my design background and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue new opportunities in the transport industry. I graduated with a Bachelor of Design (honours) in Industrial and Product Design from QUT in 2021, where I learned how to apply human-centred design principles and processes to create innovative and sustainable solutions for various contexts and challenges. Before joining Graham Lusty Trailers, I worked as a Defence and Special Projects Lead at B&C Plastics, a contracted consultant role that involved developing and executing a business development strategy for the Australian defence industry, as well as providing project management and technical advice for the development and manufacturing of polymer defence products. I also coached water polo teams at St Margaret's Anglican Girls School for over six years, where I mentored and motivated young athletes to achieve their personal and team goals. I am passionate about creating value and impact through design, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams that share a common vision and purpose. I believe that I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the organization, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
