About Bari Clark

I have been instrumental in process management for much of my career. Most organizations have powerful tools (think spaceship) but fail to take advantage of them to make their projects soar. They drive the spaceship like a tricycle,(sometimes a broken tricycle!), demoting this aspect of their routine to busywork and leaving powerful leverage untapped. I have helped organizations harness the power of their sophisticated tools to make their processes hum with efficiency while reducing errors and missed opportunities. Years ago, I left the workforce after 10 years in the Computer Aided Engineering/Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing industry to be a full-time mom and raise my kids. In 2015 I returned to the workforce in the Military Simulation industry in Orlando. Raising my kids has been the best people management training course on Earth. I learned that with people, you get what you get. It is the job of a good leader to help people find and use their strengths to their greatest advantage, while recognizing and minimizing the impact of their weaknesses. I am ready to bring my skill as a natural leader and passion for efficient processes to make a significant impact for a company.
