About Bari Grant

My name is Bari, and I am a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Certified Scrum Master, and Product Owner with over a decade of supervising the development and implementation of new technological/software solutions. Currently, I am working as IT Project Manager II at Tire Centers LLC, a company that specializes in the distribution of passenger car and light truck tires with more than 150 locations across the country. Over the years, my work has given me considerable knowledge in overseeing the day-to-day planning and operational aspects of various projects, managing and mitigating project risks, and resolving issues throughout the project life cycle. Having done extensive duties on managing project scope, resource allocation, budget development, and timeline management, I’ve made a distinction for being able to establish a positive work environment by maintaining solid, productive, and collaborative relationships with project participants and colleagues, while ensuing optimum quality of final output in accordance with service agreements. Throughout my career as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst, I’ve always done my best to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives through strategic leadership in executing large-scale programs from initiation to closure. The last decade has certainly made me realize that a successful collaborative effort is always possible through strong relationship management and effective communication across all levels of an organization. With so many years of management work and numerous projects under my belt, I look forward to leveraging my experience to help guide technology teams in the delivery of consistent and high-quality results.
