About Barinder Kaur

While working in my last job, I was handling multiple responsibilities involving customer service, supervising the team, managing project reports, and assisting senior managers closely. It enhanced my multitasking skills as well as provided more exposure to front-end services provision. Belonging to a technical background, working on computers or scanning barcodes would not be a problematic thing for me. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software. Working in a team and developing cordial relationships is another strong asset I possess, which ensures positivity in the workspace. As per my organizational skills, I am quite efficient in scheduling proper work routines and forming rosters that could ensure the completion of required provision goals and the progression of assigned projects. This apart, I have experience of developing project reports, planning and managing routine activities, proper execution, and smooth functioning of the workplace. As per my language abilities, I am highly proficient in three languages: English, Hindi, and Punjabi. I have intensive knowledge of grammar, punctuation, lexical resources, and other specifications of these three languages. Consistently maintained 95% customer service ratings. Conducted two conferences with foreign clients on zoom and converted them in business partners in developing projects about tracking devices. Developed a framework for enhancing performance and removing inaccuracies occurring while working which got accepted by the management and currently in effect. The customer base accelerated by 67% due to proper coordination and assistance provided regarding all the services they looked for.
