Through my Language and Communication Coaching (LCC) approach, I train language teachers to use practical tools drawn from coaching psychology, performance rehearsal and communication strategy. These techniques fit naturally into existing teaching practice and can transform classroom energy and learner outcomes. I’m the author of Language and Communication Coaching: The Essential Guide for Language Teachers and Trainers and creator of the LCC course. I run workshops and online training for teachers worldwide who want to teach smarter and foster real communication growth. Based in Barcelona, I’ve worked in language education and teacher development for over 20 years, including collaborations with Oxford TEFL.
